Corduroys & Chambray

Corduroy Pants Chambray Shirt

I’ve been living in these green Gap cords lately! They’re called the “legging cords”, which is fitting because they’re just as comfortable as a traditional legging. The best part is they’re dressier, which means perfect work attire. If you’re in the market for a good pair of cords, I highly recommend a trip to the Gap! SO. MANY. OPTIONS.

Even though I’ve been wearing these pants to the office, they’re also perfect for the weekend. Brown booties and a chambray make it the perfect laid back look. In addition to relying on these comfy cords, I’ve also been relying heavily on my curling wand. My hair is insanely long right now, but I just haven’t had time to get my hair cut. Do you ever feel like you’re hair is so long it’s weighing you down? That’s exactly how I’ve felt for the last month. While I don’t seem to have the time lately, I’ll also admit my attachment to my hair is playing a minor role. I’ve always loved my long locks, but there are times I would love to spend less than an hour doing my hair. I’ll probably bite the bullet in the next week or two!

Thank you! They’re Alfani (from Macy’s). I got them in January, so I wasn’t able to find them online. I have seen some similar pairs, though!

Thanks! Maybe I could look on eBay. That style and color is really cute. I am addicted to Frye but it’s an expensive habit!

I have the same problem with my hair. Some days I just want to chop it off and other days, I enjoy the long length of it. So hard to decide! Yours is so pretty I’d definitely have a difficult time parting with it. Can you let it air dry with product for an easier look?

Digging everything about this look- cords are such a great staple trouser for fall. 🙂

I love your hair! It’s gorgeous. But I know what you mean about wanting a change (heyyyyy, just cut bangs, so I feel you) + not wanting to spend as much time styling it.

I don’t blame you, they are gorgeous and they look amazing with the chambray shirt. I need to find pants this color because they look great with everything.
