Anthropologie Pink Fuzzy Ascot

This Anthropologie ascot scarf was at the top of my 2013 Christmas list. I made a point to bring it up in conversations with my mom on a daily basis, so I had pretty high hopes I would get it. Obviously, I got it, but this is only my second time wearing it. Not going to lie, this is a huge pain to tie in a cute bow. I had read reviews on the Anthropologie site saying how hard it was to get in a perfect bow, but being the Taurus that I am, I wanted it anyway.

I was feeling extremely guilty for not wearing it more, which is of course when the weather got extremely cold again. I was happy about the chance to get some more use out of it, but not so happy about the deep freeze. Rumor has it there’s a big round of snow arriving just in time for March this weekend, which means me and my pink fuzzy ascot are going to be spending a lot of time together.

The scarf looks cute even if it was hard to tie!

Thank you Merrissa! I’m thinking a few practice ties will make it easier!

Looks like something I could knit. I’ll be watching for a pattern for it!!!

Cute, cute scarf and much needed with the horrible winter we’ve had. Glad to see you’re enjoying some sunshine! I really like the gloves too; where did you get them (forgive me if I missed it in your description)? 🙂 Cortneybre…

Its darling – love the bow! Although I’m not so in the love with the idea of lots more snow this weekend. Doesn’t’ the weather know tomorrow is March? Which should mean spring…

Thank you Elisabeth! I am dreading this next round of snow. I’ve been checking the forecast religiously, and the amount we’re supposed to get keeps changing! Crossing my fingers for only an inch!

It’s so cute! Darn that it’s so hard to tie! You should display it somewhere in your house so you can enjoy it’s prettiness even if you don’t wear it that often. Have a great weekend!

Thanks Stephanie! It took a lot of tries, but finally it worked! I like the idea of displaying it somewhere!

So cute!! I love this scarf – it really adds so much to your outfit. Do you have to tie the bow every time or can you just put the scarf over your head?

Thanks Grace! I didn’t even think to put it over my head- I’m an idiot! I might try that next time. Thanks for the tip!

Ummm… LOVE! Knowing me I would probably spill anything and everything over this ascot though:(
