Black Leather Fall Outfit

Vintage Brooches

This outfit is perfect for this weird weather filled month of October. It’s a mix of cozy and chic pieces, and I think works for those days when the temperature fluctuates. I am making a promise to myself to add some color to my outfit rotation because it’s in desperate need at the moment. It’s been nonexistent since summer ended, and I miss it. Luckily the last few things I bought have all had color in them, so I think I’ll be posting some color-injected looks here soon!

I recently wore these brooches together, but wanted to sport them again for today’s look. If I can’t have color, I’ll definitely add some sparkle, and these brooches are subtle but statement-making. I’ve been seeing more and more people wearing them lately, which makes me so happy as a girl who loves jewelry. I think they’re the perfect way to add some pizzaz, and switch it up from your traditional necklace, bracelet, earrings look.

What a beautiful location! And don’t worry – I’m loving all the unsaturated outfits. Black is such a great color and I think you can never have enough! Also, I love how you paired your brooches together!
